You know what bud… Now I’m not advising to completely poo poo the idea but you could go dragon and mammoth by looking out of the box? I simply think that if you were to look at the Mcfarlane toys range you would find a suitably priced two headed dragon that with a bot of greenstuff alteration and a sweet paint job would fit thebill.
Not to mention the mammoth in the early learning centre have a huge elephant toy that articulates to some pretty awesome poses that sure as hell works as a mammoth base. I’ve known many people convert into harradim mummak for lord of the ring.
Somewhere I recall a polish war games firm hat makes a fur mold for big areas. You could do both simply and effectively. With a little time and patience. I’ll go for a google and see what I can find.

Cheers for the help Thorne. I’ve already started building a mammoth so I think I’ll stick with that one.
Just checked with FW and I’d have to dish out an extra 65 quid (~$100) just for shipping, which I’m not prepared to do, so I think I might just keep my eyes out for one on eBay.

Decided on getting Tamurkhan and his Toady as well as a pack of bile trolls. Sorry to disappoint but I’ll probably get the other models sometime soonish when I’m going to spend over 250 quid (and thus getting free shipping)

Been a while since I posted here, but I’ve now ended up with two toadies and two mammoths (due partly to FW messing up the original orders)
I have a Chaos Dragon coming by the end of this week, so I’ll now have all the “super-weapons”
It’s amazing what being sick and having a partner can do!
So, to all of you who wanted to see an Emperor Chaos Dragon WIP, you shall have it very soon
