Nice little feature I’ve noticed in these pics is that the bases have a little hole on them and some of the balls have a little peg on them so that when playing you can peg the ball onto the base of the player carrying it.
Yeah looks very good. I like everything so far except the new templates. I prefer the older template with transparent plastic and the description on it like long bomb. I miss that on the new one and the lack of the bouncing template.
Shame about current prices presenting a real barrier.

I don’t need it, I have the old version and updated rulebook, including two Orc teams and four other teams, but I’m curious if GW can actually make a game for under $100 any more.

I was just reading on Dakka that someone there spoke to the specialist games guys (3 of them), who book in sculptors time to get their projects done (as not sculptors themselves I presume?). They said expect expansions to the rebooted BB. Potentially including halflings, norse/other chaos and chaos dwarfs!
Now that would be beaut. One thing that might have limited the succcess of another game-in-a-box, Dreadfleet, was the lack of mini range and wider game outside the box format (think Man o’ War). Full BB range, yes please!
