It was stated at Chicago Games Day during the Public Seminar, that Chaos Dwarfs would get an army.
It was then later stated at the same Games Day during the Partnership Retailer Seminar (private) that Anything that was heard during the Public Seminar is not to be held true.
GW is getting fed up with sites like Blog of Lost Souls and Warseer posting up the new releases before GW releases the info to their Retailers… Its pretty sad when you the retailer have to look to a Fan site to get the “Next Big Thing Info” or to know less about products you sell than your customer base. So GW started basically a Mis-Information Campaign to drive people to go to their local shops to get the info and to basically kill the Info Blogs… They also said it started sometime in March (Isnt that around the time of the Mystery New Army Post on Warseer…)
Sufficed to say the only next army rumours were that Skaven were on the Horizon as were Beastmen. and that people shouldn’t hold their breath for Dark Eldar as its a long ways off…
Chaos Dwarfs were not mentioned at this Seminar but there was one Question asked and it was Ignored by the Speakers.

I think they may include multiple heads of different styles, to allow players to pick and choose which they want. If Chaos Dwarfs return and the only things Chaos Dwarfy about them are the beards and armor, I won’t buy any. It wouldn’t be expensive or unfeasible to have ten pieces with hats and exposed faces and ten with masks.

The misinformation campaign did start around March, ans Warseer did start having new army posts about that time. THe thing to bear in mind is that it only took a couple of posters who had “been told” to post it, and the rest of the site membership start joining in with the discussion, which quickly degenerated into wishlisting…
The thing is, there are still people in the know - they just have to be more circumspect about who they tell. Warseer still had the full details on Space Hulk months before it was released - even while most people were saying Plastic floor tiles, we knew they were card…
As such, there will be more rumours…
As to what the new CDs will look like, my personal opinion (I don’t know anything yet) would be poiny hat stylee- I think there are more pointy hat figures out there than Marauder style, although it would go against the hell cannon style… I’m confusing myself here 
Maybe a combination of the 2 styles…
