What about the “normal” vanilla (with Alrik Ranulfsson) ones from GW?
Maybe you could make some changes / conversions!

It’s only on the concept level. The unitfiller will be for a unit of great weapon infernal guard.
They’ll be made of old chaos warriors, so they are gonna be pretty bulky guys.
I’m thinkinng 4 bearers on a 40x60 base, should give me some roo. To work with.
Those old warriors got theie shield arms in a ca 90° angle, so it should be simple to make them bear the shield.
For the shield I’ll use an old metal button.
… but I can’t start the project before I’ve painted my army so far.

Umm yes im thinking of a war litter carried by 4 ogres.. It will require some good GS job with those GW ogres and their fixed arms though..
