I welcome the conversion to porridge-Latin. The Imperium wouldn’t be half as cool without quirky organisation names.
The Taurox has great potential, though I’ld probably switch the front tracks for a pair of big wheels and instead elongate the rear track unit. Halftrakk would look better. The model could have been a bit longer, though.
I’m surprised by this Militarum Tempestum yet very glad for it. I’ve always wanted some kind of Navy-like Stormtroopers in different gear to Imperial Guard. Now we’ve got it! They look good, too.
To me, this is the kind of thing which the Imperium is about.
Not Space Marines, not Army Man Cadians, but Tempestus Scions, Death Korps of Krieg, Vostroya and Adeptus Mechanicus. Well done, GW! Only your horrendous prices hinders me to order a small force on the spot.

I’m not really an IG person, but I do like these Scions. My favourite is the vostroyans though.
A decent half track would have been better I agree.

By the by. Thumbs up to GW for decorating these Stormtroopers with taste and moderation. They received lilies and lions, not a flood of skulls. The sparsity of crania makes the big skull at the front of the Taurox more striking.

Must admit I think it’s silly changing the name of the IG to Astra Militarum (presuming I’ve understood that correctly). I know in the fluff that’s what they are, but are they planning to change codex:SM to codex Adeptus Astartes as well?

I wouldn’t mind, but it’s probably better to keep the codex name in English for these major factions.

Attempts to trademark "Space Marine" were laughed out of court.

I like the Storm Trooper Codex, but I'm hoping against hope they have the option for shotguns so I can use the rules for Arbites. Looks unlikely though, sadly.
