DAGabriel:

LOL, love your style. Made the priming mistake once myself, why can`t one start with researches before laying hands on the models?

It is so tempting to start…

brotsorrow:

congrats bro! Has the blog helped you paint? And a big thank you (unfortunately for you) for the reminder that not everything should be primed with black

Caine:

Thank you.

I have been on this forum before and posted some of my infernal guard and hellsmith. I have been working on my bale taurus and sige gigant since then but i havent painted Chaos dwarfs in a while.

So with some luck and the motivation i got now (my friends are betting it will last 3 weeks :D) il finish my first wfb army.

Yea, the black primer was a bad mistake, but im happy if even 1 will learn from my bad.

Caine:

There we go after 2 days of hard work the first 3 Fireborn are done

AGPO:

The fireborn look terrific! I always thought they’d look much better with a lick of paint on them, and yours really brings out the detail. One thing that would be nice though is a slightly bigger or clearer pic. Try using a white background and the macro setting on your camera.

Vaftrudnir:

Awesome work mate. Thy look allot better with some paint on them.

Caine:

Yes sorry about the pictures, i only have a iphone 4s and its not the best picture platform out there. But im gona check if there is a app out there for macro picture taking.

Im gona give u guys a sneak peak on what im working with on my blog.

Stepper:

Awesome work, blog added to my faves

Ciao,

Stepper

Kronosv13:

The K’daai looks awesome black armour looks amazing against the flames. so does the snippet of the bale taurus, you’ve got the flame and burning effect very very well.

Could you post a bigger picture of the K’daai, can’y make out some details, and would really like to see them

edit: Juat saw the link to the blog, and wow the bale taurus looks really really good, thouhg i still can’y make out the k’daai in the vid.

Caine:

Took some new shoots on the fireborn all for u ^^

And I am still searching for my lost camera… It needs to be somewhere at home

Kronosv13:

Yeah those fireborn are definitely great, the new pics really show em off. the new hellsmith is really good too, the apron detail is a very nice touch to add on that flat area.

Caine:

I for one is rather proud of myself about keeping the minimum post to 1 a day. And I have been posting far more then the promised limit.

Here is a teaser for my Bale Taurus, more pictures is on my blog.

Xander:

Pretty sweet!

Love the lava effect.

vulcanologist:

Great lava effect on your Taurus! You haven’t gone mad with it… IMO less is definately more!

Karring:

That is exactly the colours that come to my mind when I think in a Bale Taurus… “flame and shadow”, like Balrogs :stuck_out_tongue:

Good work, man

Caine:

Thank you guys, i would love to make this my first 2000p+ fantasy army and with the things i have im halfway there if not more.

I must say that my camera is shit, cant get a good picture to show you guys. The lava effect look so much better in real life then on those pictures.
