I have the butt-naked Ashigaru and the rocket itself lying around. Got them off a mate years ago with a bunch of the old Samurai, they’re badly-painted but strippable. I converted the rest into undead Samurai (the armoured guy holding the rocket is now my Skeleton standard bearer :)) but may still have a few untouched. Want me to check?

Canix yes I did but didn’t find what I was looking for. Ie the rocket launcher itself.

I have 4 or 5 Samurai in light gear with swords, and one fat Samurai with a hammer (not 100% sure if he is GW). Also have 3 Ninja. They have old paint jobs but are easily salvageable.

Now I’m not looking for GW 28mm as it looks a bit too bulky but I also want to make sure the 25mm scale of these guys is not too far off.
