other than collecting and painting miniatures…do you guys have any other hobbies?..here’s what takes the other half of my money thats not allocated to miniatures or bills

this is my .45 when I had Timber Rattler hand grips on it, and my Caracca Navaja(straight from Spain) the knife is about 15" long opened
also have a Ruger mk111 .22 auto(for the wife and daughter), and a Forehand and Wadsworth model 1901 break top .32 revolver(its 111 years old and still looks and fires like it was made yesterday)…so what other hobbies do you guys have?
hmmm i try to limit my other hobbies as i am OCD and cannot have a hobby for fun (100k + points of warhammer armies, 100s of corinthian models, and a secret amount of days spent playing WoW).
Other than minis and anything miniature related I read a fair chunk, I also spend a lot of time with computer and console games. I’m actually surprised I’m only 79kgs thinking about this.
My full-time job is academic health-based research, a lot of my peripheral research projects also fall into the ‘hobby’ category. If I were to win the lottery I’d still be doing research, just more exciting stuff … and I’d be living my dream as a gentleman scientist
When not in class or at the hospital I love Warhammer (of coarse) and Warmachine as far as gaming goes, also when I can I play my PS3, or at least I say I do. I really like to workout, and still do probably more then my studying should allow, and I’m a crazy huge music fan… I have over 3,000 CD’s and 2 iPod 160gb filled with my music that it tote around with me.
But other then that I used to be really into Crossfit, now I just like to stay in shape and read cool gaming books.

Speaking as a whiny European; those arent real toys are they? I mean I draw for fun and play bordgames, I use pencils, brushes legos and pawns... What do you do with your 'toys'?

I travel. Heaps. As a matter of fact I spent the last 5 years of my life abroad, and all my world is inside a suitcase (including miniatures, clays & paints). Than I draw. And ski/windsurf all day long (depending on season).

yep, all my guns are real..I just shoot for fun, and I'm in training for when the Zombie Apocalypse comes...:o ,And besides us ex military guys can't seem to be too far away from our love of weapons...

I love the fact it's for home defence and you have a door breacher! Home invasion more like!
Warhammer is pretty high up on my list of hobbies but I also design and make computer games (I fact I'm just about finished with a medieval adventure game), airsofting (organised shooting your mates with air rifles), travelling & eating, tattoing, body building.

No, I'm a restaurant manager ;)! One of the few jobs in the world not affected by global recession, and wherever I go there're always a fair bunch of good offers!
I cant seem to hold down one hobby for long lol. Warhammer is the longest hobby ive had probably and i think the only reason im still going is that i feel like i cant stop until ive painted everything ive got. Apart from warhammer ive just started to get into building guitar effects pedals and learning guitar. Im also trying to write my own book. I also enjoy working on computers (fixing/upgrading), video games, reading epic fantasy’s and music.
