So I’ve been scouring over all the brilliant paint jobs you fine folk have been doing round here and being as I’m about to start my own Bale Taurus i wondered how many of you achieved the resulting skin tone on that epic model.

I’m going for a deep deep red shade on the model (nothing as garish as the finecast standard taurus model) . I’ve seen a few like it round here. Do you base in a dark red and wash/ink black? Or base a grey then several red/black washes? Enlighten me :slight_smile:
