Register at http://photobucket.com and upload your photos there. Then once they are uploaded there are several links underneath them. Find the IMG code and just copy and paste that into your posts.
Heres my photobucket. As you can see ive organised most things into albums to make finiding things easier and ive customised the backrounds a bit:
