This also tells us GW are making new plastic long beards for are fallen kin.

So what are people’s thoughts, I’m not convinced i for one will be bothering with Visions, although as I am still on the original direct debt offer I only pay £3 and issue (£9 a quarter) so will have the first issue and then wait and see if I think it is worth £3 before I cancel.

tbh i think the new WD is going to be a bigger rip off than the last one. 5 mags a month isnt necessary.

I don’t really care about their new magazines - don’t think they’ll live up to expectations. Branding it as a hobby magazine for all hobbyists. … I believe it when I see it.

But that dwarf has some real potential of becoming a great castellan.

We know GW is dropping finecast - what material will the new dwarfs lords/heros be made from?

Back banner, not a hat. The bigger pic shows he has a fairly traditional horned helmet.

Plastic. Notice the guy has a very two-dimensional pose that all static cast one piece models tend to have.
I wonder about this dropping Finecast though, the Hobbit stuff out this month is in Finecast. I still feel the "fringe" stuff like some characters will be Finecast for quite a while yet.

I am no longer getting White Dwarf. They’ve made it inaccessible by removing it from all non-GW stores/independent retailers. Add to that the fact they’re now selling 4.3 a month, probably at a price I’m not comfortable with for a continually unworthy product. The visions thing - seriously? Why? I don’t understand the point!
