I could be wrong, but I think its just the cardboard hoop at the center of the tape. At least, that’s what it looks like and it accounts for the slightly wobbly rim. It looks good, though.

it is supposed to roll and squash the enemies but as you can see the machine is broken so 2 gnoblar slaves are doing all they can to assemble it back under watchful eye of (converted) chaos dwarf overseer master mechanic carrying converted blowtorch; and the frog is just watching

You could easily come up with a scenario for your creation. An experimental warmachine broke down… one side (the CD in this case) is trying to retrieve it, the other to seize it.

I saw there were several other people who were curious as well. I even voted for it at least once so I would get an explanation :) and the painting was really really good.

Someone mentioned it being a turbine and I thought that yeah maybe it could be but it really looks like it was a "steamroller" of some kind.
