Pappa Midnight:
I’ve just completed my Meiko Miniatures minotaur. I’m pretty pleased with him and the varnish didn’t frost this time!

That is a fragging beautiful miniature…and what a great subtle touch of adding the powdered chalk lines on the grass.

...and what a great subtle touch of adding the powdered chalk lines on the grass. That goes a long way to give that Blood Bowl feeling!

Very nicely done on these. Slaves to you, and I echo the chalk line comments. Is it just me, or do the numbers on the shoulders look a bit too clean.
Great as it is, but perhaps some strategic scratches through them might add? :hat off
Pappa Midnight:
Thank you all for the comments.

Just completed my Chaos Dwarf players for the Hashut Red Hats. Just Hobgoblins to go…
Hope you like them.

Admiral:
Wonderfully painted miniatures, and the chalk lines add a lot. However, are those human-sized miniatures used as a basis for the conversions? They look very tall, but really neat nevertheless. Good job on their beards and faces

Good job on their beards and faces :)Thank you. They do look a little tall but they scale up well with the new Blood Bowl humans ( the top of the head is the same height as a human shoulder). I'm not sure how they would scale with older BB minis.

Carcearion:
Maybe the Sorcorer Prophets select only the most long legged Dawi-Zharr to represent Hashut on the field
Pappa Midnight:
Just a quick update to my Chaos Dwarf team. I finally finished my Hobgoblins!
I have also painted a “Dreadball” mini to act as my team manager.
I will post pics of the entire team shortly.

I like the finished look of the CD players. Nice work!
Malorndk:
Good stuff. Good stuff!
Abecedar:
Very nice. The Hobgobs are well done and so much more animated than my old ones
TheHoodedMan:
I don`t play Bloodbowl (that at least is good for my bank account) but I really appreciate good painted teams like yours.
Honestly the Meiko team looks better to me than the classic team what is actually available in GWs “made to order”. Your team is excellently painted and looks very dynamic.
And thank you for reminding me to think about the clear acrylic bases like that on your team manager. That is really something for future projects. More and more people play with gaming mats and the clear acrylic bases adapt perfectly to any surface.
Pappa Midnight:
Thanks gents. It wasn’t until I put the Hobgobs with the rest of the team I realised I hadn’t finished the bases ( final coat of black around the bases edge). I have sorted them out and will post a team photo soon.

Pappa Midnight:
I finally got around to taking some shots of the entire CD team.
