Why, what’s wrong with it? Obviously it’s supposed to be a terracotta warrior turned into a robot or something, so it’s not supposed to look like an actual living creature.

I actually like it. The facial expression is the right one, it has a “hat sort of thing”, and it’s a robot. Paint the mechanisms like they are on fire, slap a bear on it and paint the “skin” like stone. Voilà!
