Very cool painting style, vibrant and full of character, I like the sharp turquoise with teh molten red scheme, definitley one of my favourites, it’s like you’ve taken the old red school era scheme and pumped full of life.
The bale taurus is sick, really has something of the heat effect i think you’re going for with it, bit like nmm but with fire.

About time I got to work on some hobgoblins. So, here we go:
First of all I wanted to go for a blue tinge to the green of the hobgobs, so I started with Scurvy Green, and then gave it a purple wash.
On top of that was layered goblin green. Got to go with the classics right?
The skin is finished here, with some scorpion green, and then a 50/50 scorpion green and white mix. Also here is the start of my patented red painting, with the orange layer.
Coming to the end now, finished the red, and blocking out the black for the armour and the wristbands.
Some guys on the Aus forum suggested I try some accent colours, so here is a mockup.
I mocked up the hawk turquoise on the beard and the grip as follows. As expected, I think it is too busy in the beard, but on the grip is a subtle touch that I quite like, what do you think?
I am in a bit of a race against time to get stuff done for a tournie in two weeks. The Hellcannon is mostly done - just needs tarting up, but that will come in a bit. Now I am painting more characters - first will be Draz. On foot. Looking odd, but he will do for now
I have the Helcannon almost done (the bulk of it is, I am working on some special touches) and I need to do the Avatars of War Dwarf Runesmith. Then it is going to be finishing the hobgobs!!
