Nah bases are from Dragonforge, i have a deal with them that my clients get a 25% discount on orders when they commission me.
They are different heights due to the area to put in water effects and my client mixed 3 different sets together 
As for the cultist he just a normal GW one.

Im not sure with this contemptor models (not with the paint Job but with the model). The waists look so slim - I prefer the stout look of the space marine Dreadnoughts.<br><br>But the maulerfiend and other biggies look great again. Thats an insane army you painted (and your client collected).

Looks already very good and sharp. The yellow looks cold even a little bit “blueish” sometimes. Is this on purpose?
And one last word to the CSM Army: Absolutely great, congratulations! How many of us have half finished armies in their cupboards. Good to see such a great Project finished in so short time.

Yeah it was done intentionaly to make the checkers fade out back into the overall color
