I was browsing the project logs and stumbled upon Nicodemus’ K’daai which i’m heavily borrowing from for my own creation. Im currently searching for some horns suitable for my headpiece (which is either going to be a Mauler/forge fiend head or a Ghorgon head)

Im wondering if anyone might be able to identify the horns Nicodemus used here (about 3/4ths down that post.) They ‘look’ like something from a Tyranid kit but I cant be sure.

Additionally if anyone has any bright ideas for any other suitably beefy looking horns that’d be much appreciated.

Im going to base the model on the Maulerfiend kit so the horns should probably look mechanical in some way (or be conducive to GS work) But im open to suggestions :slight_smile:

Looks like something from a large tyranid.

I think it looks like a pair of Tyranid Trygon claws. Cant decide if it’d suit the mechanic nature of the model yet though…

The two pair of horns I used on my K’daii destroyer came from a $3 Cow and a $3 sheep from a cheap toy shop
