I emailed WF based on the tamurkhan “now avaliable” advertisement in the July White Dwarf I got the following reply:
Thanks for your e-mail. As White Dwarf is printed 3 months in advance of its release, this date is incorrect and we apologise for any confusion. Our original intention was to release Tamurkhan for pre-order at the beginning of July, but due to various other factors it is currently in the very final stages of layout with a few pieces of artwork still required.
We hope to put it up for pre-order within the next few months, however, so stay tuned to the Warhammer Forge newsletter for more details.

Since the delay is driven by needing to create more art this clearly indicates a broader release of models and units then the original Rick Priestly Tamurkhan book.
So good news is we will see a more complete list.
Bad news “next few months” could mean august or September.
Since “few” means more then a pair and less then many (traidtionally 5+)
That just gives me more time to save money for shiny, new stuff! And I doubt they’d release it at the same time as the new supplement so it makes sense. I gotta say, I’d much rather have Chaos Dwarves than a stinky Storm of Magic =(
I have a feeling that they will release the standard CD bighats alongside the book if there are going to be any, its just a hunch but I agree with Grimbold as i need more money for shiny stuff to

"Hello and thanks for taking the time to read my email! I saw advertised in the latest edition of White Dwarf that the new Chaos Dwarf army book is no available. Though in searching your website, I cannot find it listed anywhere so I�?Tm unsure of how to order. If the book is indeed available, could you direct me to whatever I�?Tve missed? Or if what I saw was a misprint, could you provide an ETA of when it will be available/when pre-orders are available?

And they promptly replied with…
"Hi there.
Unfortunately White Dwarf has published some incorrect information by mistake. The book is likely to be released in August or September.
