Why don´t you use a dwarf pirate in a standing position? Than you only have to give him the rein of the taurus and “good”! :cheers

My thinking is Female unmasked (showing lips and tusks) with a Big Hat and long curly hair down the back. Must be well armored and full figured but no Madonna Cone Bra armor please. Look for images the Dwarf Queen Helga, then give her Choas Dwarf styled hair and a Big Hat.
Just my opinion but I’m not a good sculpter.
