Orks too? The Imperium and the Necrons already have similar battle stations, not to mention run of the mill Exterminatus (which is in all fairness more interesting than simply blowing up a planet).
It’s got dakka, but it isn’t fighty enough! Crashing asteroids into planets while you’re on the asteroid is more about right!

You forgot about Chaos - they have (or will have in the forty first millennium) the planet killer and they captured three Blackstones.
Eldar might qualify - they can blow up planets and stars just by being decadent enough.
And yes, it has dakka, but not enuff dakka - you can nevah 'ave enuff dakka.

And Tyranids eating planets. And Dark Eldar snuffing out stars. The apocalyptic is all over the place and over the top in 40k, but it’s a large galaxy so it still kind of works.
