I may have left a link for this on One Ring ^^ By this, I mean the website for selling these badboys! I had a question: as eager as I am to see more and more of these awesome dudes, do you plan to make other races (hobgoblins are an obvious thought to go alongside, but other races like even High Elves

There will be other races, although this is a long way off. There will be Elves, though not what you think :) I'm not saying any more as I have quite an unusual theme for them in mind; they won't resemble the WHFB Elves (of any variety) as I figure there's plenty of examples of those, but I do think they will work. Coming before Elves, however, will be Goblins; again they won't be like GW Goblins: mine will be ridiculous :) The Goblins will coincide with the release of a set of rules for a mini game system, which will be available as a free download (at least thats the plan); aiming for Christmas, but we'll see.
maybe he should be holding the axe in a way that means he can use it? For me, it's always better if they are holding the handle properly because they ARE in a battle, but that's just me
I'm undecided about the axe. He does look a little relaxed, but I quite like that; I'll see how it looks next to the others.
Phenomenal work and effort there Baggronor, looking forward to picking up a few as well. Your metal seems nice, smooth and crisp - can you share your metal formula/mix or is it one of your vast trade secrets?
Quite inspirational, i have always considered something like this buy never made headway to getting it off the ground. Cheers to ya!

Lol I don't have any trade secrets, dude, if you want to know anything just ask :) The metal I used for these is just a higher tin content than some white metal, its softer, heavier and a bit smoother.
I love the overlord I might pick up one but it says they are not child friendly. Will clear coating after fix this? or are these simply lead poisoning waiting to happen if they are not kept away? (If they are i’ll have to invest in an army case is all)

The main danger for kids would be swallowing parts of them (like shields).
They're no more dangerous than GW or anyone else's minis.
I’ve heard of 100% lead ones so it pays to be careful. Thanks for that you have saved me sculpting a hero/lord expect a order from Australia in the next few days
…And don’t forget to work on that command group as well. I have a HUGE order for you and I’m drooooooooling at the idea of all those heavy armoured dwarfs in my hands. Mwah!
Yeah, this Titan Games is a slow moving company - haven’t had any new releases for months
But I can wait - being a Chaos Dwarf’er I’m good at waiting. I want a hole unite of these to when the full command is ready. So maybe not a huge order, but hopefully important enough to motivate you to do more.
It is true that Titan Wargames is a little… ponderous. Of course, its only because I insist on absolute perfection not that I’m lazy or incapable of maintaining a schedule or anything like that. No, not at all.
There has a been a lot of thinking and restarting regarding what I was going to do next; initially the plan was to make some multi-part Dwarves (separate torso and legs). However, it became apparent that this would be overly costly when it came to making the moulds (one pair of legs takes up as much room as a whole Dwarf in a circular mould) and they would basically cost me double the amount to make (see below for the changes to my casting). Coupled with the low pricing on rank and file, it just didn’t make sense. Its something I want to return to at a later date, but for now I’m sticking to one piece figures. If anyone has an amazing way around this problem, please do tell
Recently I have made the decision to have my casting done by someone else. The main reason is time: casting and mould-making takes ages and it eats up time I could be spending doing illustration work or sculpting more figures (huzzah). The prices will remain the same, don’t fret It does mean a loss of profit, but also frees up a lot of time which is an ok trade-off for me at the moment. Plus, no wasted materials, no time spent cleaning metal and no lead fumes. And no trips to hospital with molten metal lodged in my foot (no, it didn’t happen but it came close a few times).
I will be posting new WIPs over the next few days The next load of minis will be: Icon Bearer, Drummer, Overlord with Pistol, and a female CD leader. This way my next mould will be full of command figures and the one after that will be more troops. Those of you who read Shadow & Flame will likely notice a certain familiarity about the Overlord with pistol and the female CD
as too marketing, havent checked recently but what about a thread & link in the marketplace? might help…
the metal you use higher tin content than some white metal, its softer, heavier and a bit smoother, do you use a premade ingot from a third party or mix you own? Tin Antimony alloy perhaps?
Normally i work with resins, have been toying around with metals and yours looks great

Baggronor
Did anyone imply that? :D :D :D
About the change of business - I think it's a good call outsourcing the mould making/casting. Your time is precious - use it carefully.
And then I'll keep an eye out for these new greens - next week you say? :D
