Who is excited for these guys? I just started working on mine, and resumed collecting, shortly before they announced them.
Over at www.tomb-kings.net I’ve started a simple painting competition in the mold of the Golden Hat. The current one will end early/mid April. We will then have another one a little after the release, focusing on some new figures.
Also what rumors are people hearing?

I’ve heard most of the range will be redone as plastics (good) but no news of new skeletons (bad). The SSC will supposedly be a massive kit, as will the Bone Giant.
Haven’t heard anything regarding rules, though the fluff in the BRB with Settra and his flying chariots sounds awesome.

I am certainly intrigued and very interested as to how they will change the army. To be honest, I think that their plastic kits don’t really need updating anyway.
I’m also curious as to what new stuff will be in (likely a giant sphynx or something).

To be honest, I think that their plastic kits don't really need updating anyway.Well the rank & file skeletons certainly do IMO.. ever since the nifty VC skeletons were released, the old big-head / big-fist skellies just don't do it anymore.

I’m stuck with the old TK skeletons I have, and I am unlikely to replace them. However I am really hoping for some plastic Tomb Guard or I’m going to convert some of my own from Grave Guard.
They really need to get rid of the “max size” for the units. The limits they have are pretty rough on undead.

I also wonder what the new kits will be like. I built an entire Tomb King army for a customer of mine 2 or more years ago.
I like the TK current skeletons, but it would be interesting to see a re-design on some of them…they definatly need new banner tops!

Ishkur: That’s not a HUGE problem for me (particularly since it helps them to fit in with Dwarf legs better for my Undead Dwarf army), but I can see your point. If I had the choice between new plastic TK Skeletons and, say, plastic Tomb Guard or Ushabti, I know wish I’d be going for 
Swiss: Remove the upper limit and reduce the points cost. Out of the two, it’s point cost that is most necessary because Fear is next to useless with WS2.

I’m eager to see how my undead Goblin army is affected. I use TK rules for it (the only way I can get an undead giant), I hope the giant gets all the cool extra options.
