[Archive] What is the best way to convert 6th ed Dwarves and Nightgoblins (non-BFSP)

Alfract:

To make hobgoblins.

can the heads be easily removed and placed on dwarfs bodies?

or just cut it up and cover conversion with hood?

how easy is it to sculpt a hood?

Khunag:

Alfract
Why on dwarf bodies? Hobgoblins are human sized.

Hrothgar Goldgreed:

Easily.

Alfract:

I have surplus dwarves
and Khunag, like them to have beer bellies

Thanks Horthgar, That is interesting.

Kera foehunter:

well the hood would be easiest to make out of green stuff

(off with there heads ) a hobby knife would be the easiest to do

But you have to say to the dwarf before you cut there heads off

You are a trader!! so your punishment is death !!

* then cut there head*

Perturabo:

A couple of my hobbos are made from the older night goblins, but with common goblin heads. Cut the neck off the torso, greenstuff a belly on the front, then glue the head to the top. I’m not sure how well it would work with the hooded heads though.
