[Archive] Where are the original painted Marauder CD's?

Sjoerdo:

We all know and love these Choas Dwarfs, not only for their role in CD history, but also for their designs and iconic paintjobs.

I always wondered where the originals might have ended up. While browsing a BlogSpot, I unexpectedly ran into the answer!

While looking through a post from Orlygg Jafnakolon on realmofchaos80s.blogspot.ae, I come across a post of his visit to Wargames Foundry. There he was let into the mancave of Bryan Ansell, and took some pictures. Lo and behold :o

I need to go to Newark!!!

That was the best blog post I can remember reading. … wow… To put your nose against all those old beauties. Amazing.

Carcearion:

Wow! The paint jobs on those guys are much better than the old photos give them credit for!

Awesome piece of History

Willmark:

No surprise these ended up in Bryan Ansell?Ts man cave.

Now that I have my own set I no longer need to implement my raid to Denmark to ?oliberate? Clam?Ts minis.

Time to start planning a raid on the UK!
