I'm not against discounts, just pointing out that if you game at a store, throw a few dollars their way or don't be surprised when their doors shut, due to lack of sales..
As for online stores, there is Neal at TheWarstore.com I think he does a 20% discount all the time on everything.

Personally for online in the US… i usually use Neal at thewarstore.com, 20% off standard gw stuff and the connection with battlewagon bits is a small plus. Additionally all US orders ship out for 4.95 i think. GW doesnt allow him to maintain an online gw catalog anymore though - also some issues with the specialists ranges if i remember (gw doesnt let him have those) even though he does have his own brick and mortar store as well, i think.
Aside from the rare deal of the’bay thats the best resource i know of. However i do pay my due/rent at the stores i play in, ie i make purchases there as well to help keep the lights on and tables available so they know in some form or fashion i appreciate the availability of the tables.

If you watch E -bay there are a few people that sell gw stuff for less than market
and they are the one that also give free shipping!!
