This is by far the lamest most stupidest teaser i've ever see.
20 seconds of flames a roar and a date... I dont think I'm the intended audience.

hey thats why gw gets more expensive day by day. They have to pay the people who make their senseless stuff. ;)

Well if they hired Steven Spielberg to do their promo videos then I don't think any of us could afford their already overpriced products..so lets hope they stick with the Media College film students for now..

just hope I never show the one of you in the chicken suit with the banana and the chimp...;)
I will get the book. Then, maybe, if I am a good boy, the Dragon Ogres.
Chaos was my very first army, and for my first Christmas while playing, Santa got me a set of 3 Dragon Ogres, so they have a special place in my nerdy heart.
If he doesn’t get a suitable bump in his ability to kill things or a suitable drop in cost to represent his current inability to kill things, that question is somewhat irrelevant :mad
A little nervous about the chariots. My conversions have a bile troll pulling my chariots (Nurgle)… nervous if I may be locked into something lame now…
Herby - good point about the size of the Shaggoth. I guss we’ll have to hope for a monster-base sized model sometime in the future, lol. Wouldn’t hold your breath mind
I’m liking the new dragon ogres, but I am irked by their whole trying to keep everything secret until 1-2 weeks from the pre-order. Been hearing too many stories of folks who got the WoC book with the recent update. If they want to keep the new figs under wraps, fine… but at least let people know the next army book.
I’ll say this for their strategy though: it’s making me part with my money pretty promptly. I’m buying every 8th Edition Armies book and 6th Edition Codex anyway (because I like the new hardback format and the general direction both games are going in), but if I knew what was coming months in advance I might plan things out a bit more. Instead I’m just getting everything when it comes out because I get a bit swept up in the surprise of it. If I knew my 40K army’s Codex and one of my Warhammer army’s book were coming out within a month of one another, I might have spaced things out - instead, because I already bought the Codex not knowing the WoC book would follow so soon, I’ll probably make two £30 purchases within three weeks…
The Vorpteplex or whatever it’s called sounds quite nasty! In addition to being a close combat beast (pardon the pun) it supposedly has a bound spell forcing every model in a unit to take a toughness test and failures create spawns (my guess would be for every five wounds killed, a spawn is created but who knows). Combine that with their ability to take Shadow magic or if Nurgle can still drop Toughness on enemy units, you can wave good bye to deathstar units. As a lover of all (Warhammer) things big and gribbly, I’m excited!!
