Out of interest, anyone here read the Young Avengers comics?
Just finished reading the Kieron Gillen run, and I must say I’m disappointed with it compared to the earlier run (especially the The Children’s Crusade arc). It wasn’t bad, it just didn’t grip me the same way the earlier run did and I didn’t care all that much for the artwork (and I feel like quality of artwork is important for comics). I also didn’t enjoy the inclusion of Marvel Boy and Miss America and found both irritating characters. On the flip side, I did like the inclusion of Loki and Prodigy - it’s a shame Prodigy wasn’t brought in from the start.
