I’d say that Dawi-Zharr are born with a lot of hair, some of it on their face too. And also I would guess that they begin learning the art of war at pretty young age since they dont have to get educated for work or anything (slaves do the work). Maybe they have sort of final exams before they are fully qualified warriors. But who knows?

and going on raids that the young warriors where use as gaurds to watch the supplies when the raiding party left. of they just jump into the battle??

i was woundering if they where took at a young age to become a warriorGiven that dwarfs are a long lived race, and that they go through apprenticeships prior to being let loose on the world, I would assume that Dawi Zharr are fairly similar. That being a given, I'd say the average age of a fresh recruit would be somewhere between 40-50 years of age.
