“A select few etch their place in the gallery of infamous artisans, yet all of these warlords bring new machinery to bear on the field of battle…"
Monument Hobbies Presents: The winners of the 41st Artisan’s Contest on Chaos Dwarfs Online!
Warmachine Artisan’s, CDO’s bread and daemon-butter, arrives with entries ranging from deathshrieking metal blimps to puddles of bludd. Results were tight on this one, both at the top and throughout, with all entries receiving attention in voting. Thanks to all who participated in the ceremonial casting of votes!
And the winners are:
1st Place - Golden Gear Winner: Entry #3 - @Zoddtheimmortal
2nd Place TIE - Silver Gear Winner: Entry #2 - @Zanko
2nd Place TIE - Silver Gear Winner: Entry #4 - @Nicodemus
3rd Place - Bronze Gear Winner: Entry #5 - @Azaghol
The entry key!
Medals will arrive shortly! Should you have earned a new Veteran’s Medal (gained at 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 main contests entered), please contact @Reaver and link us all your entries in all previous Golden Hat and Artisan’s Contest competitions on both old and new CDO (note: Scribe’s Contest does not count towards this purpose, but does have its own Veteran Scribe’s Medal).
And now for the prizes!
The gold prize goes to @Zoddtheimmortal spreading his pastel colored artisanal aioli over his classic eclectic collection. He secures the $25 gift code to Monument Hobbies!
The tie for silver goes to @Nicodemus with the towers of penultimate terror and @Zanko with the bastard filled landship… Despite their name, the paltry halfling team is not exactly divisible so Reaver will be splitting up a MYSTERY BOX between the two of you. Some would say the odds were never in your favor.
The bronze goes to @Azaghol earning a badge of on-the-line honor for the whirlwind of bumbastic warmachines.
And the random draw goes to @cornixt also receiving a $25 gift code to Monument Hobbies!
Thanks to Monument Hobbies once again for their generosity!
Please reach out to @Reaver if you would like to donate a prize to a future contest. Prizes can be painted, unpainted, brand new, a derelict bitz hoard, or something not a miniature at all like dice, army books, or something else hobby/wargaming related.
A big hat off to everyone who participated and voted! That’s it for this round of Artisan’s Contest. Now let’s see the participants’ entries in the blogs and image galleries. ![]()
Next up in our contest series is a Golden Hat Contest, don’t miss it and feel free to get started! Be sure to be thinking about lore while you work on your characters, as we will be returning to a Scribe’s contest shortly after.
