Here is one funny thing with ornamentation details in a Swedish alpine holiday settlement, which is yet another argument against minimalist design:
The house to the left is built by my father’s company, for which I help out with work every now and then. The pes is its hallmark decoration, preferably to go along with wavy barge boards at the ends of the roof. May it bring families joy and many children.
