Any chance we could get the pw to access the site changed to 6 characters min? Would love to keep my login same as old site. If not, that’s fine.

Longer passwords are the norm these days, I’m afraid. I don’t think we ought to reduce it.
Admin accounts require 15 characters! So I feel your pain.

The key to a strong password is to string several words together, which tends to exceed the minimum length on its own. Something like “dogfindsmouse” is better than the predictable “Chaos69!” (first letter is typically where people put the capital letter, 69 is a common number used, exclamation point is the common punctuation and very common at the end).

Aye, better move away from short passwords altogether. Keep 'em long.
