You can. It’s in the Errata, large targets can not draw line of sight over other large targets. (meaning it’s also true in the other direction)
As we play meeting engagements I thin I will screen my flyers with Iron Daemon in case I loose turn 1 roll. Then I fly 18" and if I be able to some BO/IG 24" and then I take 1 round of shots and charge.
That’s a damn good idea! Remember that Iron Daemon and the Monsters have lumbering for that free 90° pivot at the end of the move.
Against the Necrosphinxs you can also screen with regular troops, of course. If he can’t place the model, he can’t charge (unless he terror-checks your screen).
I keep that in mind. I will have to deploy ID sideways anyway to cover both flyers but then I can move 5"+D6 (I rolled 1 3/4 rolls in previous games).
I will try to screen my caster with black orc from most shooting when I move 18"… Now. I expect a general to move out of a regiment I plan to charge. To save him. If this happens I would love to have a Curse spell. If not. I charge a general.
Storm of Ash will help a lot vs necroshinxes (if my opponent places them correctly) when I go all-in like this too.
Curse is based around killing a general. Storm is more flexible tool.

Can I ask, how are you doing the banners? Do you paint them on something like artists paper and after sketching out the design in pencil and then cut out and transfer after painting ?

Thanks! It was mostly a TT paintjob. I used all options to speed things up. Limited pallette, 1 or 2 highlight maximum and catchy basing.
Recent gamę against empire gunline. I had an option to stary behind a Forest all game or run at guns. ToW is full of exrtemes. This was one of those. This scenario is terrible vs someone who want to avoid combat. Cannons were unreachable (my khan for Pillared turn 1…) and I had some bad rolls vs cannons (also cannons were dealing 3+ wound minimum).
In general playing with infantry can be frustrating. I also was unlucky and killed 8/10 knights and did 3/4 wounds to pegasi mage… One good thing was steam tank taken by black orcs in 3-4 rounds of combat.
BTW new item that allows Empire mage to cast another pillar of fire is … not fun.

Not it this scenario. This scenario had limited (my own) table edge where reserves were allowed).
I do like them on the other hand. Especially with Fly (12)! They are not super good vs cannons as they just can grapple shot them down but I like them.
I was thinking to fly my cutthroats to block cannons’ LOS to where they can shoot BUT there was hellblaster so he would shot them down before cannons fire.
I will play Warriors of Chaos in my last round of our league. I expect khorne mounted warriors (2), lord on chimera with Ogre blade, some marauders and hounds, 5ich dragon ogres and maby some chariots/spawns.
I was thinking I would like to add some sneaky gits to my list (and deploy them with the rest of my army. My list did not change much but I have few ideas.
I can either take Hellshard on Khan, Red Flag on Black Orcs, Razor Banner on blunderbusses… Or even 5 wolf riders. I think the best option for me is to get some shooting before we clash so Razor feels like a good idea?!
