Hi, and hats up for Hashut!
In the first place, I´d like to say you all how wonderful I find the existence of a whole site consecrated to the chosen people, those betrayed and forgotten by the so called “grudge strikers”, apparently not so worried by those created by themselves…
I have one of those common stories of leaving and coming back to the hobby. In my case, I have a big crush on Warhammer back in the mid 2000s, during 6 edition, but my group of friends didn´t really fell in, and that and the lack of funds made me retreat to the shadows. I never forgot it, though, and specially those Chaos Dwarfs that were already an old myth when I get in.
Twenty years later, I can hold Hashut´s call no more, and I have the intend of putting together the big hat chorf army I ever dreamed of. It will be a long journey, since the economic issue has not been improved so much, and the advanced stages of a pregnancy are probably not the best moment to start this, even if I am not the bearer of the gift.
Anyway, I thought introducing myself would be a good way of keeping the leadership rolls up. I´ll try to provide you some uploads on the project, however long it takes. For now I leave you with an ash-amed glimpse of my first try: some MOM warriors (originally halberdiers, now battle axes) and blunderbusses, with two old plastic folks from a collectible we had back in the day. Please have mercy, these are my firts paintings in 20 years, two decades far from the brushes, and almost any form of artistic work, as a matter of fact.
