I’m counting 10 male heads on the Infernal Cohorts!
Call me names, but I collect Dwarf miniatures to have an army of BEARDED dwarfs! So I’m honestly pretty happy about that confirmation 
I might have missed some heads too, it’s honestly a bit hard to tell. I can see what I think are some women in the top right on the Cohort sprue.

Hard to tell but I reckon there will be only 10 shield carrying arms.
Looks like you can assemble the bare chest guy as a regular one also. That’s nice

I’m very glad there appears to be enough bearded heads to outfit them all.
That’s such a core part of the silhouette in my view, and it would have been needlessly tedious sculpting more to fit the existing style.

It’s a bit of a shame that so many of the cuneiform-style runes are mirrored - I expect they designed half of the part and then just mirrored the exact piece for the other half.

Yes, very disappointing! So unless there’s something revealed in the lore that their language is both left-to-right and right-to-left I will be very disappointed. Mirroring the script this way is just lazy and suggests it’s meaningless gibberish. Or… unless each symbol has its own very explicit meaning unto itself and these are just collections of symbols almost like individual prayers on the pieces. But I think I’m being generous
