Oh, thats one of my old creations… If I recall the drop shape was made using a small wood bead and a toothpick to make the center. Then made the dropshape with milliput, use plenty of water so smoothen the edges. And fine sandpaper to fix any odditys. 
Could very well be Green Stuff instead of Milliput, but you can sand Milliput alot easier.
