Old school transition to Infernal dwarves in the 9th age

Nice work on these. Each time I see your skin tones I like them even more. Also concur with the comment re the blunderbuss ends. Definitely adds!

Total old school glory! These look smarter than I remember 5th edition models ever to look!

Love the consistent color scheme and meticulous basing - a striking, yet unobtrusive palette like that takes a lot of skill to achieve!

Wow! You really did a great job of taking the older, “cartooney” models and transformed them into the darker representation you see today. I am so impressed that you did this really with the paint scheme and the base flocking. There is such a contrast with the black & white feel of the model and the red of the hat and fire on the base. Also, the eyes are very well done. Bravo!
These are my favorite 28mm Chaos Dwarfs and it is interesting to me that you brought them into the “modern” age with painting and not heavy conversion. Although I am partial to the old look, you definitely have given me food for thought. Thanks for sharing!
