After uploading these pics realised I wasn’t happy with tiles on the bases. So they’ve been dirtied up - think they fit better now

Really excellent stuff.
I like especially the subtle conversions and the varying beard Colors.
The checkers on the bases look much better now, in fact not only better but really good, although I am not so sure about the pattern near a lava part in general.
More amazing miniatures well done my friend! I live the irony in using Black orc bits 
Definitely improve the floor with the bit of darkening down, I like the addition of that bit if patterned floor, my mind went straight to Lewis Carol and Alice on Wonderland type madness which I like very much.
I also really like the fiery eyes of the champion there

Painted up the most modern dwarf in the army.
Not gonna lie - actually hated painting this
Not sure why- it’s a lovely sculpt I just didn’t find it a fun one to paint. You can tell I basically gave up on the top of the staff. I’m sure I’ll tart it up at some point. But for now . No. I’m done haha.
Still counts as a painted model!!!

I know what you mean, it’s a wonderful model and faultless sculpt IMO but mine too I’d half painted and I’ve no real motivation to finish it, not sure why 
You’ve done a great job finishing this though, fits in really well with the rest of the army even though it is more modern

You frighten me a little bit, hes on my painting list, too. But maybe Ill wait a little for the new 9th age army book. I heard there will be some new options for characters like a chariot and a kind of war platform. This guy`s too big for a 20x20mm base anyway.
Your painting result is very good by the way, especially knowing your lacking motivation.

This army’s being used for erewhon- so basing is really loose. Squares, circles, hexes are all gd and base size guidance = be sensible.
However I get why it’s important for rank and file games - could potentially change the footprint of entire units.
Only lacked motivation with that dude tbh. Still v motivated for the project. Got some Zonk dudes With handguns ive started and I’ve also ordered some Russian alternative warriors !!!
