After those insidious AOS elves stole our glorious big hat design IP, it happens again this time in Necromunda. Give it back! Now it is even an old bearded guy wearing a nice big hat. Seems like GW is preparing its customer for maybe more of this design to come (fingers crossed)

That brazier helmet better finds its way into a dwarf’s head. Its too good to be true.
Guys please look at this miniature. I am 10O% sure that this prophet is a tribute to Astragoth Ironhand. The beard, the hat (the same shape), the belt and most important he is wearing an exoskeleton with joints and cogwheels at the right position, also with a bit imagination even his pose and nose are the same (replacing the staff with a hammer)
His background flavour is that he emerges after seismic activities and tremors from a city called Cinderark.

The more I look at this the more I agree, even the hat on the corpse-baner looks like a Chorf Hat… 
I do like that GW has been making more ecclesiarchy models lately.
I’ve got a spare Astragoth… now he needs to be holding up something in homage to this guy!!
And we can add him to the upcoming Killteam models, the Goremongers, who worship Khorne… which the studio decided to emblazon with symbols we’d all readily identify as something from our neck of the woods.
Maybe I should be going a step farther and making a Hashut worshipping gang for Necromunda??
