I’ll be trying it out, some people here are hyped, some are less so.
I also watched a few Youtube batreps yesterday, all of them were really bad because they were apparently from people who stopped playing any version of WHF as soon as GW stopped supporting it and are now behaving as if it was all new, so they pushed their miniatures forward in the most stupid way and were excited what happens and who would win. 
But apart from this, the impression was still: Nothing new deserving the hype or even the whole rebasing discussion. Some things I like a bit more than in WAP, some a bit less, many things less than in WCE. Most certainly it will be less balanced than the community editions. If you were playing a WHF during that time, at least sometimes, and not switched to 40k or AoS, you will be trading free and often better rules supporting all factions, for more popularity due to commercial marketing, as @Admiral describes, well, or you don’t. And I’m not even that unhappy with TOW, it does many things right.
