If you don’t mind the challenge of conversion, the khorne berserkers shoulder pads (not the totally rounded ones, the other ones) are pretty much a perfect fit conversion for Infernal guard.
Far more detailed. Heavy chaos theme.

That would HAVE to be pricey… I don’t think the Khorne Berzerkers kit even comes with 1 per model 
be good on a Lord or Hero model for sure and thye look similar to the LoA Infernal Guard design.

You get quite a few spare ones actually. With the hammerer arm there looks ok with no green stuff involved
