Definitely like the look of the list, i will say that elementalism or deamonology maybe better spell lores (elementalism has been very successful in tournaments so far most likeky teleporting units around but if you going into melee as the tail would suggest then deamonology would be better).
Also i think silvered steel armour is better than metoric, but that may just be me.

I agree. Daemonology buff spells last only in YOUR turn so You have to charge to benefit from them.

I am thinking about a lvl 2 mage on Lammasu with daemonology flying around (away from lvl4) shooting with 2D6 S4 and Lammasu breath weapon. So 2 different casters with 2 different spell lores.

I noticed that most important thing about weapons is AP. Bale Taurus for example can have 3+/5+ from silver/Talisman OR 5+/5+. Enemies will not bother attacking Taurus with units without AP so 3+ will turn into no save when You get hit by 3 cannons or bolt throwers.

And regular units have problems killing a Prophet anyway… and You have to pay extra for Silvered armour too.

So basically 3+ is an overkill vs regular units AND is also cost more that more reliable protection vs things that CAN hurt You. Especially cannons.

Thanks @MiSiO and @ULFHEDNIR, great insight about Daemonology and the comparison of the armors. I will be getting some test games in this week, i’ll let you know how it goes. Great point about taking cannon fire, rather have 5+ in that situation that nothing at all.

I will say that i think dark magic is best on a low level deamonsmith babysitting artillery so can help with doombolt. But otherwise the other 2 lores are better imho
