We seen this yet? It’s missing lots but it’s an early good effort.
Won’t do stats etc but will do points cost and tell you if an army is legal.
Could grow to be a useful tool
Also no PDF armies aren’t there yet. Placeholders are but they are blank. I got excited too

Unfortunately, no Chaos Dwarfs yet. Once the PDFs are released, I’m sure the amazing community will add them within a few days. I’ve prepared the builder already for that, so it should be fast :). By now, all core armies are already available.

This is a great idea for a community resource. I think feedback I’d give to the project (basically wish listing) would be once lists and items etc are all up - making a phone app. Could be very useful
Thank you! An Android App is already planned after the release. Right now, you can add the website to your home-screen. It basically behaves the same way as a regular App.

Haven’t used it for TOW but it works great for T9A. ^^
