What model do you choose for your Taurus mount?

I got both Fabezel’s High Priest on Demon Bull as Lammasu, and his Grand Master on Winged Bull as my Tauruses, but with TOW rules, their bases are too big and the end effect is rather poor.

I now got Brawniac’s Wizard on Sorcerous Behemoth as Lammasu, and even if it doesn’t have this clumsy ‘90 feel we all love, it is close enough, and I love this mini. It’s twice as big as Fabezel’s, and fits on a base nicely. And the Wizard on it is hilarious, with its pointing finger support stick.

The problem I’m having is lack of a Bull model I can put a big hat mount on. I found a few, some are ‘90 scans that are to tiny for the new 60 x 100 mm base, some don’t have a dedicated mount place, and some are just low quality models that don’t look good (and are too small in the same time).

A few days ago @Ymir shared a Scibormini bull on Discord that looks super nice, so worst case scenario I’ll go with this one, but before that happens, I wanted to ask:

What do you use for your Taurus models?

I have the Legion of Azgorh Bale Taurus. Perfect size. I guess the new Helsmiths Taurus is also not too small.

I think you can make smaller models work with clever base design. A tactical rock here or there can already do the trick.

Huh, it seems that me sleeping though the entire Forge World episode of GW’s history wasn’t that good at the end. I’ll take a look for some scans, that bull looks really nice (I’m not big of a fan of the prophet on it, but it should be easily convertible into a proper bighat. Thanks!
