I’ve decided to take a small raiding party with me to NZ to paint on those cold winter nights , so will finally get some stuff finished up and posted at some point over the next yr, not sure when. I’m tempted to take the MM90’s and the destroyer, and maybe one or two other bits, we shall see =) I took the ebay auctions down, there was some interest but not much, needed more photos of everything which I don’t have time to do, so for now the bulk of it will stay in storage and I’ll take my favourite bits with me or ship them out there. So this time next month (August 5th) It will be a year since I started this blog. What with Warhammer going down the pan recently, and my protracted move to NZ looming on the horizon, I thought I’d take a chance to photograph and log where I’m at with my collecting while I’m home.
I didn’t get everything in (parts for A Bull Taurus and a Lammassu conversion spring to mind, my Hellcannon also, 6 Fireborn and the excellent Bederken Dwergs set) but I got most of it on there, so here’s a few photos of what I’ve collected from scratch in one year. One thing strikes me that I’m missing any bighats so I mat add an Astragoth at some point to the collection. The 3rd editions are more or less there, only missing 2 models now (the LE citadel Chaos Dwarf General & the Chaos Dwarf Beastmaster)
Its really split into two armies now, the 3rd ed collection and the 3rd party LoA mostly Chinese collection.
I’m interested in getting some help painting all this in the future, if any commission painters read this blog and fancy a big project to get their teeth stuck into maybe we could work out a bulk discount for such a big job so feel free to PM. Probably a few months work solid there.

There is a guy on here somewhere who had about 150 internals.
But your collection is more impressive because of the variety.

Cost a bit to ship them out there, but you could make a fair bit selling those in NZ.
I’ve been there btw, very nice. Almost every town/ city feels distinctly different to the next. More so than what I feel in the uk anyway.
