I have this picture of the fourth one:
The model on the right is my ‘recast’ (before striping it) - and the left one is the ‘fourth’ - that I know of. Seen it quite a few times at US-eBay (often in large quantities like 4-9 models) - and would really like to get hold of one. So if anyone have one for sale, please let me know.
