Yodrin:

Wow, a lot of cool stuff here, amazing actually!!!

kekenda:

Some very cool things going on there. I especially like your Magma demons. Please go on and paint your miniatures or they're worthless.
And one more suggestion may you change your avatar? What the heck shall it be anyway? A strange guy balancing on a pumpkin?!...

Herby
I fail to understand what do you mean by "worthless", they have a great value for me,not that I am making this to sell later?Ofc they gonna get painted, the avatar is a symbol of my hometown, I use it on local forums since noone from my town plays warhammer so it became kinda my signature. Glad you guys like the army and thanks for kind words. Will share futher progress.

Worthless in any Warhammer tabletop purpose. Me and my pals back then just played with painted minis. We never played against people which had unpainted minis(just in a few rare occasions). And I don't want to see unpainted minis in my vitrine. Now you know what I mean.

A symbol of your hometown - ok. Now I know that. Thanks for the info.

Cheers!

I totally agree with you guys, unpainted stuff on table is a bad thing, I just like putting pictures of unpainted conversions since you can see better what was done there, and the end result is even more awesome to see when you record the progress of making an army. Gonna update the post with painted stuff aswell, no worries. :cheers

Admiral:

Yes, amazing statue! It deserves every bit of praise. Very good work, I’m a fan of your army already. The paintjob looks nice. Looking forward to close-up shots.

Here, in a quote box since there sadly are no spoiler/hide tags on CDO:

As for paintjobs, they’re very nice or even necessary, but I’ve never myself been a fast painter, and I’ve never mastered the art of mass painting even when a friend of mine commissioned me to paint 30 Clanrats some years back. That’s the height of my batch painting achievement. If we played only with painted models (not shabby or merely basecoated minis, but finished paintjobs), I’d not have had a single game of Warhammer under my belt. In fact, I’ve accepted this extremely slow progress and shifted to sculpt stuff instead for the time being, primarily for others to enjoy by sculpting in the hope the sculpts will get cast and sold. After all, most such cast sculpts will hopefully get painted by (many) other hobbyists much quicker than I’ll do so myself, so sculpting to cast and sell (if possible) is the best way to see paint on “your” work, in others’ armies, if you’re a slow painter. :stuck_out_tongue:

Irrelevant, though slightly related reflection
