Chaos Dwarf Sailors - Look the same, no hats tho (would get blown off in the sea breeze).
Slave powered boats - burn coal, dryads, trolls alive dead or somewhere in between (don’t sleep by the furnace!!), and when they’ve ran out, slowest slave is toast!
