What time do you want to shoot for HB? I get off work at about 4:30 GMT-5, that’s 9:30, your time. I ought to be ready to record around 6 or 7pm. What time are you going to sleep these days?

Xander - new format sounds great and totally reasonable, given the various and sundry issues with organizing CDR!

Indeed CDR has been on the radar but scheduling this has been problematic to say the least.
The good news is I can send in news to Xander and not have to be on it.

Well, I’m happy to stay up all night as usual, lol I get Tuesdays off, so that helps 
I tend to go to roleplaying on a Monday night, so I get in at 11:30ish usually. So, around about then sounds good to me
Still not sure if my headset’s microphone works, but hopefully it does.
Willmark: the only reason it’s good is because then you don’t feel like I’ve stolen everything you were going to say, lol

Damn straight history isn’t my strong point, but I still know SOME things about it (it existed, once upon a time).

In keeping with that proud heritage... I'd like to hear from someone in character as a Chaos Dwarf, telling us about their plans for control and conquest of other kingdoms and realms in the coming year.

Nic: I am not a big fan of that sort of thing unless it is extremely well done. So unless you have some ideas to make such a segment super interesting, convincing, or entertaining, I doubt it will fit into our new 30 minute time frame. Such segments have always come off a bit cheesy to me.

Xander: I agree in that I’m not sure that it fits into this time frame, however, if it can be done well, I’d like to see people doing something along the lines of this. Basically, acting in Dawi Zharr character.

P.S. I wasn't entirely serious about the acting in Chaos Dwarf character... although I wasn't totally joking either. Too bad Orson Wells is dead, his voice would have made a good Chaos Dwarf voice. Not sure who in else would qualify, voice-quality-wise... not unless we got Kera's voice and then digitally altered it to be more gruff. That would be worth including, no? ... no. Maybe not.

With regards to voices, I’d think Earl Boen would make a great CD-related narrator. While he may not look like it, he has an awesome acting voice. Sample here.
