I’m reasonably impressed. It doesn’t look particularly evil imo, but worthy of buying certainly.

I was pretty concerned this was going to be more false rumours but i can rest easy now.

I believe what we are looking at here is the Earthshaker, the Death Rocket, a steam cannon and a combined tenderiser/whirlwind.
Amazing stuff, and certainly enough to start building a new list from.

Looks modular. That could be interesting.
My guess, judging from some of the other stuff on display, is that the supplement is going to pit a combined Chaos force against an enemy (probably The Empire). I wouldn’t be at all surprised if the campaign is based on Lord Mortkin’s invasion, as described in the RBRB, which would give a nice opportunity for some Hothgar-built Chaos Dwarf siege engines. So we’d get a variant list that combines Daemons, Beastmen and Warriors, with some Chaos Dwarf-themed Rare choices. And it looks like it will be one Rare choice (“Chaos Dwarf Steam Engine” or some such) that you can add multiple ‘cars’ to.
But that could be way off.

The book is based on a historic event afaik, where a section of sea/ a river turns into swamp, allowing the nurgle swamp army to attack. There will be more nurgle models to follow.

Ah yeah, I see the Marienburg Land Ship now. So it’s an attack on Marienburg (which is good - they’re Empire but not Empire) by Chaos Warriors (with Chaos Dwarf engines) and a load of Nurgle forces rise out of the swamps to kill everything. Cool.
