Last summer health issues, this summer moving and eventually building a new house in the fall. Wife gets first floor laundry so the basement becomes ALL MINE!!! gaming, sports watching! Awesome!
Anyways the next several months until probably the begininning of next year will see me on sporadically. The staff is aware and with Xander back I can take a step back. I’m not leaving the Staff (you won’t get rid of me that easily) but I just wanted to let everyone know what’s up.
We are on a ton of websites with the listing, shared via FaceBook, etc, etc. In short we’ve pushed as far as we can in terms getting the word out there. We’ve already considerable interest in it so fingers crossed we get it sold soon.
Once my new house is underway I’ll post links to it. This also explains why I haven’t been working on WoH or my army, simply not enough time in the day/week.

I tried but Hashut deserted me. So I stettled for the basement from where my Dark Lord duties will recommence.
As of 11 am EST I’m free and clear from my house. I no longer own it, Woot!
Now onto the next steps with the new house: the builder should start on digging the foundation for the new house within the next 2 weeks.
From there is game on. Earliest we may get the house is late November. Latest is Dec 15th by contract. Builders here can pay hefty fees for late delivery so they usually pad some time at the end, hence why it should be done by the end of November.
like the thing about hefty fees, where I live its probably safer to let your house be built by the russian mafia, at least they know the meaning of the word deadline :sick
Ah so it is in a sense a “developed” or “planned” area? As it would be termed here. You’ll eventually have some neighbours to complain about / socialise with. (I’m on a really slow connection and it refused to show larger pictures so I haven’t studied it in detail, there was quite a number of them :D)
Friend of mine is currently building in a similar location (I’m told he has walls and stuff now, haven’t seen it for a bit) though he is among the last, I think there’s one vacant plot still, of a total of some 6-8 in that “area”.
